One of the selections will be "Contact Group". To do this, highlight an Address Book on the left side and then press the down arrow beside the "New" button. Under the "Address Book" tab, you can add contacts or configure groups of contacts called "Contact Groups".This allows you to setup your filters once on the server and then have them processed no matter which client you use for email access. These filters are processed on the server. To use this feature, login to the web client and, under the "Preferences" tab, there is a selection for "Filters" on the left hand side.
Most people will NOT see the calendar feature of Zimbra until everyone that is scheduled to be migrated into Zimbra, have been. Once you have been migrated into Zimbra, you will need to configure your email client using the instructions below.
